1. System Access Parameters
By utilizing the Dynuro platform workspace tools, you agree to comply with all applicable local, regional, and international security standards. You may not deploy our systems or link shorteners to execute malware payloads, command-and-control operations, or phishing vectors.
2. Operational Fair-Use Policies
To keep our serverless endpoints running smoothly for everyone, we apply automated rate limits across public routing operations. Any attempt to deliberately overwhelm our platforms or bypass edge API firewalls via automated scrapers or stress-testing software will result in an immediate block of your IP signature.
3. Intellectual Property Framework
The custom design assets, brand identity components, design codebases, and brand marks created under Parenthuse Labs remain the exclusive property of Dynuro. Open-source core logic elements are governed strictly under their original repository licenses where declared.
4. Indemnification & Liability Thresholds
Dynuro provides its suite of utilities on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We accept zero liability for application data loss, runtime disruptions, or broken edge link parameters caused by upstream network service configurations.
